We don’t buy followers
A sudden vanity increase from irrelevant accounts does not create customers. We prefer slower growth from people who can realistically buy from the business.
We manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube for home services, legal, HVAC, hospitality and professional-service businesses across Miami and Coral Gables. We plan, produce, publish and respond to the conversations the content creates.

A Lighthouse team member reads comments and direct messages during business hours. AI may assist selected caption drafts, but it does not impersonate a person in the community.
A LinkedIn post and a TikTok serve different audiences and formats. Content is adapted or withheld when the platform does not fit.
The client owns every account, asset, published post and audience. If the engagement ends, nothing needs to be transferred from an agency-owned profile.
For most active packages: 2–3 feed posts and 2–3 stories each week, plus short-form video based on the approved calendar. Original on-location photo and video are available because real crews, locations and work outperform generic stock for local businesses.
We adapt suitable Instagram content while creating Facebook-specific posts for events, longer updates, community participation, reviews and Messenger conversations. Cross-posting is a decision, not the default.
Short-form video planned around a monthly production session where the industry and available subject matter justify the platform. We will say when TikTok is unlikely to earn the production effort.
Company-page management and optional founder or partner profile support for professional services and B2B. Thought-leadership posts are drafted from real interviews rather than opinions invented for the client.
Long-form video and Shorts structured for search as well as feed discovery. YouTube can keep producing value months after publication, particularly for considered purchases and educational topics.
Monthly pricing is based on the real production and management requirements rather than a generic package name.
Publishing is only half the work. We monitor comments and direct messages during agreed business hours, answer approved common questions and send business-specific inquiries to the client rather than inventing a response.
Our target is to acknowledge routine community messages within 4 business hours. Urgent service, legal, medical or account-specific questions are escalated to the responsible client contact.
Paid social can be added when the offer, audience and tracking justify it. Campaign management can include Meta and selected other platforms, with creative testing, audience configuration, retargeting and conversion measurement. Ad spend is billed directly by the platform and separately from management.
Organic social usually takes months. Paid search can produce inquiries sooner, so we may recommend stabilizing the pipeline before building an organic audience.
Strong local-business content normally shows real people doing real work. Without access, the result is more likely to resemble the same stock content used by competitors.
We do not buy them or use engagement pods. Those tactics inflate the report without building a relevant audience.
One platform run properly can outperform five weak accounts. We recommend the smallest useful channel mix before charging for broader management.
Gina plans and reviews social calendars, coordinates platform-specific messaging, schedules approved content and oversees the comments and direct messages it generates. She is the named social-media lead involved in the monthly review—not an invisible queue relaying messages between client and production team.
Max supports social media management and strategy, helping shape content direction, campaign planning and platform-specific approaches. He works closely with Gina to keep social activity aligned with each client’s brand, audience and business goals.
Cost depends on platform count, posting frequency, community-management coverage and whether Lighthouse produces original photo and video or uses approved client assets. Production is often the largest variable. We scope it on a free 30-minute call and normally work on a 3-month minimum.
For many local service businesses, consistent posting on one primary platform is more effective than spreading a small content budget across five. A common starting point is three to five pieces each week on the primary channel, adjusted for format, audience and production capacity.
Both options are available. Production-inclusive packages can include recurring on-location photo and video, while other clients provide an approved asset library. Real people and real work generally provide stronger material than generic stock.
Lighthouse may use AI for selected first drafts or variations, but a person edits every caption before scheduling. Gina Casimiro reviews social content, and the complete calendar goes to the client for approval before publication.
The client owns every profile, published post, approved asset and audience. We work inside client-owned accounts, so if the engagement ends there is no agency-owned profile or follower base to transfer.
We report reach, engagement rate, profile activity, link clicks and inquiries received through comments or direct messages. Where call tracking or CRM data is available, we connect inquiries to source. Organic social attribution is imperfect, and we do not present an Instagram interaction as precisely attributable revenue when the data cannot support that claim.
Engagement signals can change within four to eight weeks, while inquiries attributable to consistent organic social activity commonly take 4–6 months. Paid campaigns can produce responses sooner. Businesses needing immediate leads may be better served by paid search first.
Yes. Paid social can be scoped with or separately from organic management. Audience setup, creative, tracking and optimization are included in the management scope, while advertising spend is paid separately by the client to the platform.
Nothing publishes without client approval. The calendar is reviewed before the month starts. If an approved post still misses the mark after publication, contact us and we will remove or replace it promptly.
Yes. For many businesses, one platform managed properly is the right decision. We recommend the channel based on where the customers and useful content opportunities are—not on which package creates the largest invoice.
We’ll review your current accounts and three close competitors, then tell you which platform deserves more effort and which one may not be worth maintaining. You receive the findings whether or not you hire us.
