Google Ads Management

Google Ads & PPC Management for Miami Businesses

Cost per lead, not cost per click. Coral Gables office. You own the account.

Paid media with clear ownership

Campaigns built around qualified demand

We manage Google Ads for businesses across Miami, Coral Gables and South Florida—Search, Performance Max, remarketing and Local Services Ads. We also run Microsoft Advertising and paid social where they earn their place, which is not always.

Campaign decisions begin with customer value, capacity and lead quality. Traffic and clicks matter only when they help explain what produced an inquiry or customer.

No incentive to inflate spend

How we charge

We charge a flat monthly management fee, not a percentage of ad spend. With percentage pricing, agency income rises whenever client spend rises. A flat fee removes that conflict when the honest recommendation is to hold or reduce the budget.

Management fee

Quoted to the actual scope

The fee depends on campaign and location count, whether landing pages are included and how much conversion tracking must be created. We quote it after a free 30-minute call.

Recommended minimum

$2,500 per month

Below this level, there may not be enough data to optimize reliably and the management fee can consume too much of the total budget. Competitive categories may need more.

Economics before keywords

Our PPC strategy

Before launching anything, we need to know what a customer is worth and what your team can handle. Forty leads a week is a failure if you can service only ten, and $80 per lead can be excellent for one business and unworkable for another. The first call is mostly about margins, close rate and capacity—not keywords.

  • Audience research and targeting
  • Campaign planning and structure
  • Keyword research and selection
  • Ad copy and creative testing
  • Landing-page optimization
  • Budget and bid management
Conversion tracking comes before ad spend.

Calls are tracked with dynamic number insertion, forms are tied to the campaign that produced them and, where the CRM supports it, offline conversions teach the platform which leads became customers—not simply which visitors submitted a form.

RUN

What we run

Search, Performance Max, remarketing and Local Services Ads where eligible. Microsoft Advertising when audience and economics support it.

KPI

What we track

Cost per lead, qualified lead and customer where outcome data is available. Click-through rate is diagnostic, not the business result.

CUT

What we cut

Search terms that spend without converting. Negative-keyword lists are reviewed weekly instead of being created once and forgotten.

Channel mix

Paid platforms we manage

SRC

Google Search

Capture high-intent searches with controlled campaign structure, useful match types and search-term review.

PMX

Performance Max

Use Google’s cross-network inventory when conversion data, creative assets and campaign objectives justify it.

LSA

Local Services Ads

Application, verification, category setup and lead-dispute support for eligible local businesses.

RMK

Remarketing

Reconnect with qualified visitors using audience rules, exclusions, frequency controls and relevant messaging.

MS

Microsoft Advertising

Reach audiences that skew older, desktop-led or B2B when the economics support an additional platform.

SOC

Paid Social

Use paid social selectively for awareness, offers and remarketing—not automatically on every account.

Pay per lead, for eligible categories

Local Services Ads

For eligible home-service, legal and trade businesses, Google’s Local Services Ads appear in a separate placement, charge per lead and can display Google Screened or Google Guaranteed status. They are not available to every category, and background, business and license verification requirements apply.

We support application setup, verification paperwork, service areas, lead handling and the dispute process for invalid leads.

Campaign optimization and landing pages

Keyword and search-term control

We balance broad, phrase and exact match based on available data and campaign intent. Because Google has widened what phrase and broad match can trigger, inherited accounts receive a search-term review and rebuilt negative lists before aggressive bid changes.

  • Match-type strategy
  • Weekly search-term review
  • Negative-keyword maintenance
  • Bid and budget reallocation

Ad creative and landing pages

Ads use a clear offer, useful differentiation and a call to action consistent with the landing page. We design and develop landing pages in-house, so tracking, copy and page changes can be addressed by one team rather than passed between vendors.

  • Responsive search ads
  • Message and offer testing
  • Landing-page alignment
  • Conversion-focused revisions

Spend follows evidence

Budget management and remarketing

We monitor spend, bids and campaign constraints, then move budget toward demand that produces qualified outcomes. Remarketing is built with appropriate audiences, exclusions and frequency controls rather than showing the same ad indefinitely to every previous visitor.

  • Bid-strategy optimization
  • Budget allocation and monitoring
  • Remarketing setup
  • Conversion tracking
  • Cost-per-click analysis
  • CPA and ROAS analysis
Plain language, live access

Transparent PPC reporting

One report each month plus a 30-minute call. It leads with cost per lead and what changed—not impressions. We also say when the right answer is to spend less. Adding budget does not fix an account that has reached its current ceiling.

  • Cost per lead and qualified-lead trends
  • Conversion rate and call tracking
  • Search-term and waste analysis
  • Lead-quality feedback
  • Changes made and next actions

You retain live access to the advertising account and dashboard. Nothing in the report is hidden from you.

The useful and the uncomfortable

What Google Ads can—and cannot—do

What Google Ads does well

  • Reaches people already searching for what you sell
  • Produces search and offer data in days rather than months
  • Scales up and down with seasonal demand
  • Supports demand while organic search visibility develops

What it does not do

  • Results stop when the advertising spend stops
  • It cannot fix a weak offer or unanswered phone
  • Competitive categories can carry a high cost per click
  • Small budgets may not produce enough data to improve
We will say when it is the wrong channel

When we tell people not to run Google Ads

If the budget is below $2,500

The account may not generate enough conversion data, and management can take too large a share. Website or local-search improvements may be a better first investment.

If calls are not answered

Paid search produces calls. When they reach voicemail during business hours, the advertising budget often sends that customer to the next answered line.

If the landing page is the problem

Sending paid traffic to a page that does not convert is an expensive way to confirm the page needs work. We may recommend fixing it before launching.

If conversion tracking is missing

Without trustworthy call, form and outcome data, automated bidding learns from incomplete signals. We correct measurement before scaling spend.

Questions to ask any PPC agency

Frequently asked questions

How much does Google Ads management cost?

We charge a flat monthly management fee rather than a percentage of ad spend. The fee depends on the number of campaigns and locations, whether landing pages are included and how much conversion tracking must be built. We quote it after a free 30-minute call. Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Google and never marked up by us.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

We generally recommend at least $2,500 per month before ongoing management is worthwhile in the Miami market, with more required in competitive categories such as legal services. The right number comes from customer value, close rate, capacity and the realistic cost of qualified demand—not from a universal benchmark.

Do I own the Google Ads account?

Yes. The account stays in your name, we work inside it and you keep every campaign, conversion record and audience if the engagement ends. We do not run client campaigns from an agency-owned account that prevents the client from retaining its history.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. You pay Google or the advertising platform directly. Our management fee is separate and visible.

Is it PPC, Google Ads or AdWords?

Google renamed AdWords to Google Ads in July 2018, so AdWords is the retired name for the platform. PPC, meaning pay per click, is the broader category and can include Microsoft Advertising and paid social. Google Ads is where many local businesses begin because it reaches people actively searching.

How long before Google Ads works?

Impressions and clicks can begin when a campaign launches. Useful optimization data often takes two to four weeks, and a stable cost per lead may take two or three months depending on search volume, budget, sales cycle and conversion tracking. Early performance is treated as a learning period, not a finished result.

What is the difference between Google Ads and Local Services Ads?

Google Search Ads normally charge per click and appear within regular paid search placements. Local Services Ads charge per lead, appear in a separate placement and can carry Google Screened or Google Guaranteed status. Only eligible categories can participate and verification requirements apply.

Do you require a contract?

Month-to-month management after the initial setup period. The exact setup scope, notice period and management terms are written in the proposal before access or payment is requested.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep the advertising account, campaigns, conversion history, audiences and landing pages included in your engagement. We remove our access and provide the relevant handover documentation. Nothing requires migration because the account was always yours.

A specific first deliverable

Start with a free account audit

If you already run Google Ads, give us access and we will show where the spend is going, what the tracking is missing and what we would change. You receive the findings whether or not you hire us. Sometimes the account is healthy and the real problem is somewhere else—and we will say so.

If you are not running ads yet, a free 30-minute call will establish whether you should.
